We are very proud of our pizza. Not only due to the fact that our pizza base is of high quality, light, crispy and easy to digest, but also the way we dress our pizza is second to none. Our dough balls are made at a small village in Goito, Mantova, Italy. By our partner which has won with some prestigious pizza awards in world-wide level such as The Pizza World Championship in Castrocaro [Italy] in 1993, Trophy of Honour for Pizza, 1st Cassificato Campionato Mondiale in The Pizza World Championship, 1994 and 1st Cassificato Campionato Europeo 95 in Naples, Italy from APES [Assiciazzione Pizzaioli & Similari]. In December 2006, the pizza has been selected as ‘Migliore Pizzeria dell’anno’, The Pizza of The Year in Monte Carlo. We serve our award winning pizza all day long during the store hours, from 10.00 – 22.00. However during lunch [12.00 – 15.00] and dinner [19.00 – 22.00]; we also serve the variety of selected yet typical Italian dishes. The lunch and dinner menu will be varied daily and carefully selected based on the menus which are also served in our partner restaurant in Mantova, combined with some other Italian dishes learned by our experienced chefs in one of the Italian Cooking School in Tuscany, Arte & Cucina.
