The food at DRAGONFLY has strong influences from the Indochina region, especially that of Thailand, Laos, as well as Cambodia. Their influences have been amalgamated to form a distinctly unique Modern Asian cuisine, which aims to achieve a balance between the four crucial elements of taste – sweet, sour, hot, and salty - while emphasizing the use, in some form, of raw herbs, fruits, and vegetables.

The interior design of DRAGONFLY can also be described as Modern Asian. Embedded within its distinguishing contemporary wall lighting is an elegant yet alluring leaf patterns, which truly define the essence of Asian influence. A delicious affair of vintage old wood, seductive onyx lighting and enormous wooden wine rack characterize the whole space.

The main dining area of DRAGONFLY is centered on a lighted long communal table that transpires the sharing concept of Asian food. The sophisticated high-ceiling lounge bar serves the purpose as being a 'chill-out' cocktail bar in the early evening and a red-hot 'party venue' late at night. A clubby soundtrack of disco, funky house, 80’s, and RnB is spun by eclectic resident DJs and if it gets too loud, simply ease back to the restaurant side for a stylish chill out.
