Caswell's Mom's

Mom's Pies was founded in 1995 and in 1997 became known as Caswell's Mom's. Caswell's Mom's is a service organization. We currently provide the expatriate community in Indonesia (primarily US, Australian, and European) with foods from home and hard to find items that they desire on a periodic basis. We provide quality products at maximum convenience to the consumer. We provide a delivery service; accept telephone, fax, e-mail, and online orders; sell by cash, credit card, and telegraphic transfer; and continuously survey our customers for ideas for products they would like us to obtain for them.

We do provide a shopping service for those who require items beyond our ability to stock. Recognizing that many of our customers are in remote locations where they have no access to well-stocked supermarkets, we try to provide all their necessities.

We personally visit the premises of each of our suppliers and importers to ensure that foodstuff are being properly handled and that chilled and frozen products are being kept at the proper temperatures. Our major meat suppliers and importers have been in continuous operation for many years and consistently employ temperature recorders to ensure that frozen foods are kept frozen while at sea. Our local suppliers of meats and poultry are reputable firms with a history of supplying major hotels and restaurants.

CASWELL'S MOM'S GIFT CERTIFICATE

We provide printed gift certificates that will be mailed to the customer or the recipient along with a hand-written personalized card.
