Agis's investments in consumer eletronics are held and managed through wholly owned subsidiary PT Agis Eletronic. Agis Electronic's distribution business consists mainly of Sony products which the company has been distributing since the 80s. Until today, Agis is the only company recognized as the authorized distributor of Sony, with its extensive nationwide distribution network, after-sale service network and retail network.

The company has two main businesses: distribution and retail. Since the early 90s, the company has established more than 15 representative offices in various major cities in Indonesia, overseeing more than 700 independent dealers nationwide. This network is the dominant distribution channel in
the local market and is mainly used for Sony and Samsung (and in the near future, AOC) products.
